ことと存じます。
この教会には、毎週日曜日に日本人メンバーが数名おりますので、安心して礼拝に参加できます。
以下は、私たちがお手伝いできるサポートの内容です。
1. 毎週日曜日の礼拝自体は日本語ではありませんが、私たちと日本語で会話ができます。ご質
問があれば、ぜひ直接日本語で聞いてください。私たちの中には長年この教会に通っている
者もおりますので、教会や礼拝について、より深く理解するお手伝いができると思います。
2. まだ日本語の聖書をお持ちでない方には、無料で差し上げることもできます。ピラーチャー
チの説教は聖書の箇所に基づいて行われるため、日本語の聖書があるととても役立ちます。
3. 牧師たちは日本語を話せませんが、イエス様について学ぶ上でとても親切で寄り添ってくれ
る心強い存在です。きっとあなたにとっても心から安心できる場所になると信じています。
4. 毎月、日本語での聖書勉強会も行っていますので、そちらもぜひご参加ください！
5. 私たちのほとんどは長年ジャクソンビルに住んでおり、地域のこともサポートできます。運 転免許の取得、病院への付き添い、パスポートの更新、美容室探しなど、もしくは、日本語
でおしゃべりできるお友達が欲しいというだけでも大歓迎です！

Welcome to Pillar Church!
We are so thankful that you are looking for a church in the Jacksonville area. As a Japanese
speaker, we know that it can be difficult to come to a new area and not have all the familiar things we
are accustomed to.
We want you to know that at this church we have several native Japanese speakers here each
Sunday! We would love to have you join us!
Here are a few ways that we commit to help you.
1. Although the service is not conducted in Japanese, each Sunday, you will have the
opportunity to speak with those of us who are Japanese speakers. You can ask your questions and
gain a better understanding of the church and the service from us. Several of us have been members
of the church for many years now.
2. We would like to provide you with a Japanese Bible if you don’t have one. The sermons at
Pillar Church teach through a passage of the Bible, so having a Bible in our language is very helpful.
3. We want you to know that we have found our pastors to be very encouraging and helpful in
learning about Jesus, even though they do not speak Japanese. We trust this will be a welcoming
place for you as well.
4. Each month, we have a Bible study in Japanese! We would love for you to join us!
5. Most of us have lived in Jacksonville for a long time, and we would love to help you navigate
the area. Do you need us to go with you to get a driver’s license or to a doctor’s appointment? Do you
need to renew your passport? Or help you find a hairdresser? Or just a friend to talk with in
Japanese? We would love to help!
